By booking or attending a class, event, or program with Leeon Studio Pilates (“we”, “us”, “our”), or by using our website, online shop, or social media channels, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Scope of services
These Terms apply to all services and activities provided by Leeon Studio Pilates, including but not limited to:
- In-studio classes (private, semi-private, group reformer, mat)
- Live-streamed classes
- On-demand and recorded classes
- Workshops, events, and programs
- Online resources and videos, including those shared on our website or social media
- Purchases made through our online shop
Bookings and cancellations
- All class bookings are made via in-person at the studio, over the phone or using our booking platform, Bookings Essential.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class to avoid forfeiting the session.
- Block bookings/packs (e.g., 10-class or 20-class packs) do not have an expiry date.
- Special offers, promotions, and limited-time passes may have specific expiry dates and supplementary terms that will be provided at the time of purchase
- Exceptions to these policies may be considered for medical or emergency circumstances at our discretion.
Payments, refunds and transfers
- Payments for classes and memberships are processed through third-party payment providers.
- Purchases made via our online shop are processed through a third-party e-commerce platform and are subject to that provider’s terms and conditions. Leeon Studio Pilates is not responsible for delivery issues, returns, or refunds relating to goods purchased via this platform.
- Class packs and memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser.
- Pausing of memberships or class packs is subject to prior communication and agreement with Leeon Studio Pilates.
Health, safety and participation
- All new clients are required to complete a pre-exercise health form and have an initial assessment prior to commencing classes or a program.
- You must disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or limitations before starting a session. Instructors will ask you at the start of your session about any health conditions, injuries, or limitations they need to be aware of.
- Leeon Studio Pilates is not responsible for any issues arising from a failure to provide accurate health information.
- Physical exercise, including Pilates, involves inherent risks of injury. You are responsible for assessing your own physical and mental capabilities before participating in any class or program.
- Our instructors may provide physical adjustments, equipment suggestions, or technique guidance. It is your responsibility to determine whether such adjustments or equipment are appropriate for you.
- Participation in all classes, whether in-studio or online, is at your own risk.
- Arrive on time for your session.
- Wear comfortable, stretch-appropriate clothing.
- Assist in wiping down and cleaning all equipment after use.
- Do not attend the studio if you are unwell, have flu or COVID-like symptoms, or have tested positive for COVID-19.
- Our website, booking platform (Bookings Essential), and online shop are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
- You must not misuse these services, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping data or content, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
- All purchases made through the online shop are subject to the third-party provider’s terms and conditions. We recommend reviewing their policies before purchasing.
Use of images and video
We may take photographs or video recordings during classes, workshops, or events for marketing, educational, or training purposes. Attendance at our studios or events may imply consent to appear in such materials. If you do not wish to appear, please notify our staff prior to the session.

Intellectual property
All content provided by Leeon Studio Pilates, including class formats, videos, photographs, text, graphics, and other materials, is our intellectual property (or licensed to us) and must not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leeon Studio Pilates and its directors, instructors, staff, contractors, and representatives are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by you arising from participation in any class, program, or activity, whether in-studio, online, or via our website.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be published on our website.
